Introduction

Welcome to phgun. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the phgun website located at phgun.net, all associated mobile applications, and any other digital products or services operated by phgun (collectively, the "Platform"). phgun is a licensed online casino and sportsbook operating under the regulatory authority of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation ("PAGCOR"), the government body responsible for regulating all forms of gambling in the Republic of the Philippines.

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or otherwise using the Platform, you ("Player", "User", "you") enter into a binding legal agreement with phgun on the terms set out herein. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered account holders and casual visitors. Certain features of the Platform — including all wagering, deposit, and withdrawal functions — are available only to registered account holders who have completed identity verification as described in Section 5.

These Terms should be read together with phgun's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and phgun.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "phgun" refers to the operator of the Platform, a PAGCOR-licensed entity providing online casino and sports betting services to eligible players in the Philippines.
• "Platform" means the phgun website at phgun.net, all associated sub-domains, mobile applications, and any other digital interface through which phgun services are delivered.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Player following successful completion of the phgun registration and KYC process.
• "Wallet Balance" means the PHP-denominated credit balance held in a Player's phgun Account, comprising deposited funds and any credited bonuses, winnings, or promotional credits, less withdrawals and wagers placed.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by the Player from their own financial accounts (GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or other approved payment methods), excluding bonus credits.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins equivalent credit, or other incentive amounts credited to a Player's Account by phgun.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds (or combined Real Money and Bonus Funds, as specified in the applicable promotion terms) must be wagered before a withdrawal request may be processed.
• "KYC" or "Know Your Customer" means the identity verification process required by PAGCOR regulations and phgun's internal compliance framework, involving submission of government-issued identification and supporting documents.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government regulatory authority overseeing phgun's operations.

Eligibility

To be eligible to register a phgun Account and use the Platform's real-money wagering features, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity);
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time you access the Platform;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of phgun or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processing partners;
• You are not self-excluded from gambling under any PAGCOR-administered or phgun-administered exclusion programme;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law;
• You are not accessing the Platform on behalf of any other person or in a professional capacity for any third-party wagering service.

phgun reserves the right to request documentation confirming your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your Account pending satisfactory completion of eligibility verification. Providing false information regarding your eligibility constitutes fraud and phgun will take all appropriate action, including forfeiture of Account balances and referral to relevant authorities.

Account Registration

To access real-money wagering features on the phgun Platform, you must register a phgun Account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid email address, and mobile number. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.

Single Account Rule. Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) active phgun Account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, devices, or identity details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, phgun will close all but the original account and may forfeit any balances, bonuses, or winnings associated with the duplicate accounts.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your phgun Account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. phgun will treat any activity conducted through your Account as having been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify phgun support immediately via 24/7 live chat. phgun will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

Account Transfer. phgun Accounts are personal to the registered holder and may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or otherwise dealt with in favour of any third party. Any attempted transfer is void and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

KYC & Identity Verification

phgun is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering legislation to conduct Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification on all account holders before processing withdrawals and in certain other circumstances. KYC verification requires you to submit the following documentation:

• A clear, unobstructed photograph or scan of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (accepted documents include: Philippine Passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID), Driver's License, Voter's ID, or PRC ID);
• A photograph or scan of a recent utility bill, bank statement, or other official document confirming your current residential address in the Philippines (issued within the last 90 days);
• A selfie photograph holding your submitted ID document, taken in conditions where your face and the ID are both clearly visible;
• Where required for enhanced due diligence: proof of source of funds (e.g., recent payslip, bank statement, or business registration documents).

phgun will process KYC submissions within a reasonable timeframe. During the review period, your Account may be subject to deposit and withdrawal restrictions. phgun reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification satisfactorily will result in suspension of withdrawal rights and, where required by applicable law, account closure with funds returned to the originating payment source.

All KYC documentation is handled in accordance with phgun's Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection law (Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012).

Deposits & Withdrawals

Currency. All phgun Account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phgun does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

Accepted Payment Methods. phgun currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI online banking, BDO online banking, and Metrobank online banking. phgun may add or remove payment methods at its discretion, and will notify players of material changes to available payment methods.

Minimum and Maximum Amounts. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day and are displayed in the Cashier section of your phgun Account. These limits may vary based on your verification status, account history, and the payment method selected.

Deposit Processing. Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your phgun Wallet Balance in real time. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing schedule of the originating financial institution. phgun is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.

Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by phgun within the timeframes displayed in the Cashier section, subject to completion of KYC verification. phgun reserves the right to conduct additional identity and source-of-funds checks before approving withdrawal requests, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding specified thresholds. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible.

Dormant Account Fees. An Account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is considered dormant. phgun reserves the right to apply a monthly account maintenance fee to dormant accounts as notified to the account holder at the time the account becomes dormant. Dormant account fees will not reduce your Wallet Balance below zero.

Bonuses & Promotions

phgun may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, reload offers, referral rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All such promotions are subject to these Terms and any additional specific terms published alongside the relevant promotion. In the event of conflict between these Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

General Bonus Terms.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, IP address, device, or payment method unless the applicable promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before any withdrawal may be processed. The applicable Wagering Requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion terms for each offer.
• Where an Account holds both Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds, Real Money Funds will be wagered first unless the applicable promotion terms specify a different order.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings derived exclusively from Bonus Funds that have not yet met the applicable Wagering Requirement cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are satisfied.
• Bonuses expire after the validity period specified in the applicable promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds will be removed from your Account automatically without further notice.
• phgun reserves the right to reclaim any Bonus Funds or winnings where phgun reasonably determines that a bonus has been claimed fraudulently, in breach of these Terms, or through manipulation of the Platform or its promotional system.
• phgun reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or discontinue any promotion or bonus offer at any time, including where the promotion has been posted in error or funded with incorrect values.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the phgun Platform — including slots, live casino table games, bingo, fishing games, and sportsbook markets — are governed by the specific rules displayed within each game or market. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable game rules before wagering Real Money Funds.

RNG Certification. All non-live electronic games on the phgun Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems to determine game outcomes. RNG systems are tested and certified by independent technical testing laboratories to ensure statistical randomness and fairness. phgun does not manipulate game outcomes.

Live Casino. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from studio environments. Game outcomes in live casino are determined by physical game mechanics (e.g., card dealing, wheel spinning, dice rolling) observed by the player via live video stream. phgun does not pre-record or replay live dealer game sessions.

Sportsbook. Sports betting markets are offered based on information available at the time markets are published. phgun reserves the right to void or suspend markets where: (a) an event is cancelled or abandoned; (b) there is evidence of match manipulation; (c) a material error was made in setting odds; or (d) circumstances beyond phgun's reasonable control affect the integrity of the event. Voided bets will have the wagered amount returned to the Player's Wallet Balance.

Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting any game or sportsbook market, phgun reserves the right to void affected wagers and return staked amounts to the relevant player accounts. A malfunction voids all pays and plays for the affected round or market.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phgun Platform. phgun reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate any Account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct, and to forfeit any associated balances, bonuses, and winnings where the conduct constitutes fraud or a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering multiple accounts (in your own name or using another person's identity);
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other phgun process;
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment methods to fund your Account;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in ways that confer an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players or phgun employees to manipulate game outcomes or wagering markets;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other activity designed to circumvent phgun's AML/CTF obligations under Philippine law;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phgun support staff or other platform users;
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's Account without authorisation;
• Using the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• Any other conduct that phgun reasonably determines to be abusive, fraudulent, or harmful to the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other players.

Responsible Gaming

phgun is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm to Filipino players. phgun's responsible gaming framework is implemented in compliance with PAGCOR requirements and reflects the operator's own commitment to player welfare beyond minimum regulatory obligations.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all phgun account holders and can be activated directly from Account settings without requiring contact with customer support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit to your phgun Account. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Reminders: Activate on-screen reminders that notify you of your cumulative session duration at regular intervals of your choosing.
• Cooling-Off Period: Suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) during which no login, deposit, or wagering activity is permitted.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the phgun Platform. Self-exclusion prevents all Account access and deposits for the chosen duration and cannot be reversed early. During self-exclusion, you will not receive any promotional communications from phgun.

Intellectual Property

All content on the phgun Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, game interfaces, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the property of phgun or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, phgun grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or redistribute any Platform content; modify or create derivative works based on Platform content; use any automated means to extract data from the Platform; or use the phgun name, logo, or branding in any manner without phgun's prior written consent.

All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by phgun and its licensors.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phgun's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform (whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise) shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by you into your phgun Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phgun shall not be liable for any: (a) loss of profits or revenue; (b) loss of data; (c) loss of goodwill or reputation; (d) indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss; or (e) losses arising from events outside phgun's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet outages, natural disasters, government actions, or PAGCOR regulatory directives.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes phgun's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by phgun's negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by phgun; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

Privacy & Data Protection

phgun collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. phgun complies with Republic Act No. 10173 (the Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its implementing rules, as well as applicable PAGCOR data handling requirements.

By registering a phgun Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the use of your data for KYC verification, fraud prevention, AML/CTF compliance, customer support, and (where you have opted in) marketing communications. You may withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time by updating your Account preferences or contacting phgun support.

Amendments to These Terms

phgun reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — affecting your rights, obligations, or the fundamental nature of the services provided — phgun will provide notice by email to your registered address or by a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the phgun Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of your Real Money Funds balance before the amended Terms take effect.

phgun may implement changes to the Platform, its game library, payment methods, or promotional programme without prior notice, provided such changes do not constitute a material amendment to these Terms.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. phgun operates under the regulatory authority of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

Informal Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and phgun arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact phgun's customer support team via 24/7 live chat or by email at [email protected] to attempt informal resolution. phgun will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and aim to provide a substantive response within 10 business days.

Regulatory Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the competent regulatory authority for phgun's operations. phgun will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-administered dispute resolution process.

Jurisdiction. Subject to the informal resolution and regulatory escalation procedures above, you agree that any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively before the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
